from Sister Annette Brophy (Margaret Brophy)

I have many memories of sweet and beautiful Annette Giroux Pedri. She was always so positive and full of hope for whatever. I would like to dedicate one of my original poems to her memory. It somehow seems to fit with the way she lived her life: Take away my health and I'll still praise you. Take the beauty from my voice and I'll still chant your name. If my eyes begin to dim I'll see you with my inner eye. When my heart begins to fail your name will draw my last breath.
